There's nothing up, there's no surface, nothing. You get one container (table) and that's it. It's retarded designed feature, there's nothing in the middle - 35~70k for a shithole or milion(s) for a small city or whatever these huge bases are.

Does anyone know how to reset the NCR-Redding caravan quest after u failed it? (i got the quest from Duppo in NCR)
Because i cant do that caravan run anymore...

I know u can reset failed caravan quest by talking to caravan leader and pay, (such as one in Redding)
but i cant find one in NCR

And the 500k basement screenshot please please :) ?
