Theres Ratch in NCR also who accepts metal, pipes and steel. (Hes at his fortress of junk, north of the saloon)
Can't remember if theres a limit or a cooldown for him.

In Den You can trade items with other player by using Auction System
You can Sel or Buy items, Simply chose correct dialog and pop-up window will apear. Make your conditions and confirm transaction
Below You can see list of itmes offered by other players
Money and items will spawn in bank locker (Entering to bank on screen)
To get inside to Your locker you have to pay 100 cash to the man in Robe, aware of going inside while other player is in.

With good speech, you can trade gold nuggets (x5) for 2250xp and 2k caps
You can pickup and deliver condoms for Leanette in the Den
Also, thanks again Skycast, that was a clean, fast trade. We will likely be looking for more here in the next day or so.
