you have to wait 24 h,example:you left at 19.00 from Arroyo to vc,you come back at 19.00 of the following day.Caravaneer will talk with you again from 18.00...

Afaik this quest is unfinished in SDK, but you can get Chosen One's jumpsuit via military bases.

Has anyone done wastelands best trapper? I lost my magic flute so i made an alt to finish the quest, i can't get smiley to tell me to use a frag. Anyone know the steps?
