You can buy a new transmiter in Gecko in second part of the city from a trader called skeeter, he usually has one to sell.

I think I should ask someone about staring an English wiki... The Russian one doesn't have a lot of info and I am not sure I can catalog things in Russian... But, we would likely need a more experienced player.
