It would be better to find BoS-style stat modules in a special encounter (as rare as gauss pistol) or in a footlocker for the hardcore dungeoneer / BP hunter.

the underground:
I lkke it. It reflcts a reality (use mucles to build them), and allows some flexibiliyy in otiginal biuld.
