adding onto bases.

the underground:
Is there a way to add onto bases? Hang a couple new walls?
Character Name joins A Faction, but the faction needs to keep gear seperate. So to join the faction, Character has to cough up 5k caps to pay for a new shack to hold their gear.

Boon Lived:
No, but you could craft a container or two.
