Is it possible to track someone's base on a worldmap with high outdoorsman skill?

Look's who's postin'.

In the end, the only weak point in base and tent defense will be the player himself.
Because as it seems, the walls and gates will never fulfil their purpose, except when the prewipe madness strikes again and every tent and base will be visible to everyone.
