keep "you" visible at the side of the window. if someone gets too close, hti the escape key and turn around. say hello. they 'might' get the point.
as a point fo courtesty, i try to always ASK if i may approach somene i don't know that well. if they say no i keep my distance. also, when they're talking to a merchant i try to keep a table or something between us.
of course, soem people are just asshats...... like if your talking to wooz while waering leather armor, they'll run up behind you with a minigun and kill you for drill...... not that that ever happened to ME, of course..... (/sarcasm)

i busted up laughiing yesterday when he said taht. i really did. couldave gotten killed, robbed, and raped casue i couldn't play.
