Because he love do that, i have won an auction and he have sell the item direct to an other guy, so it's not a good idea to bid in his auctions, because he don't respect the rules.

Actually, i could say it earlier but my bid is actually 9001 caps and you have to offer 10001 caps to meet the minimal bid of 1K caps requirement, Moshus.
Because a beer gives you 1 cap. You offered only 999 caps.

Max, that was an exception I'm really sorry for what happened.
As I told you, first and last time such thing happen to my auctions, since I've always traded smoothly with whole people who I'm dealing with.

There might be 0% speech people who are well known. The problem is if you aren't,
or you are known but you aren't trustable. Trading in this game is extremely dangerous,
so I think it's OK for the person selling to say that you don't have enough reputation
yet to participate in auction, because he is the one taking the risk of getting scammed.
Moshus:
It's ok if he doesn't trust me (although he doesn't have any reson not to trust me) but then he should have ignored my 6k post also, and sell it to alvarez for 8k.
also it would be nice to note that auction is for known players only (which, to me, is unfair. but thats' my opinion).
