Some good thrower build?

Without drugs, mainly againts NPCs, not players.

Or sneaker/throwing build, if possible.

12 AP, +2 moving hexes, 6 throwing knives a turn, or 3 frags, or 4 plasma nades which can be deadly if all 4 land successfully

Ends up with 220 HP, 180% Throw, 170% FA, 100% small guns (just incase you have no throwing items), 164% outdoors, but you can choose the skills


this was gonna be my next thrower build but I stopped playing the game for a while
