There is description of new base call Gasstation camp
It cost 50k in Redding
So
here is bar with destilator and waterpump

here is main building with PC 3 locker in wall,workbench,bookshelf and 1 locker

There is tent with 2 lockers and bed(?)

2nd tent with locker

tent for doing some meat

plants for fiber and fruit

4th tent with crate



There is not brahmin pen but 10 containers (with tool board)
This can help you choose the base and i think that this is a best base

Just a tip,
Be4 the wipe, I had experience two times that i bought a new base, move my stuff in, log out, and login another day, discover things got stolen.
Was sure there were no betrayal or someone followed any of me or my members.
And GM helped to fixed the problem, since we discovered that there are others not in the faction able to see the base on the world map.

So put Mercs, just don't assume it is safe.
