anyone having trouble with the radio distress?
« on: February 24, 2013, 04:36:49 am »

im showing someone how to play and the distress signal wont work for me.   i know i entered the right command because when i tried it in a town, it said "cannot use distress signal in this location", although it stopped giving me that message after re-entering the command.  that confused me, so i exited town, touched down on an encounter, and entered /h, and nothin. tried .h and still nothing.

radio channel is correct, broadcast and reception are on and switched to everywhere.

what am i doing wrong?

You have to enter some text after the command. Like ".h help".

And make sure both of you are keeping radios in active slots.
