Am auctioning off an unlocked fire truck (came across the encounter on my bare bones lockpicker).  I have been playing this game for about 3 weeks so I want to warn any bidders up front that I am fairly green with the game and this is the first time selling anything.  So I do not know the standard process of bartering something, especially something this large.

The reason I am selling the truck is I am not a collector and from what I read on the wiki, this vehicle is like a Rolls Royce when all I would ever need is a Pinto for me and my friend (i.e. overkill).  Am only looking for caps so I can fund professions on my crafter.  I figured out how to refuel and repair it, but am going to assume that it being unlocked hurts the value of it and have set bidding low to compensate (could not figure out a way to revert it back to requiring a key).
