Does the spray and pray perk fonction please or its nerf ? with laser rifle

It works,even If i personally suggest it for bursters.Crit fast shooters aint amazing guys.

I thought it was for only unaimed targets.

Don't you have to target someone with a plasma rifle

so its ok ? does it canceled the crit power mod and also the crit chance mod of the armor ?
