You mean a "Federation Hypo"? As much as i want these in game, i don't think they should be craftable since they were not made for about 500 years or whatever. But it sure would be cool to find them in footlockers on rare occasions, or at Glow, or Ares, or in a cave.

dude this would be super rare stuff like stealth boys or gauss pistols and u can use it only one and it will dissapear

Almost as rare as gatling lasers!
Rage master:
gatlings are farmable. hypo wont be, and it is one-use drug for 15-30min
