world map enco sound warning

make some sound informing about enco, because i think some people are doing something else on pc when they're traveling so a little beep or something informing about enco would be nice

Or set sound notification in window sound scheme, for taskbar button, if you play in window mode

My taskbar blinks when I get an encounter and am not currently on the Fonline tab, however I use XP.  Could be something could be set up in sounds I dunno, but I like the idea of a sound accompanying the lightning bolt, just cause it will make sure you know somethings up.  (An argument would be that you shouldn't be alt-tabbed outta fonline, but we all do it while traveling lol)  Maybe even add a special sound to indicate if you got a special encounter.  I know the bolt is supposed to have a circle around it, but I want Sirens and Whistles damn it! (I won't get a special encounter anyhow so no worries)
