One of the rooms has a door that is jammed; a crowbar may come in handy.
ATTENTION: Crowbar might not be enough, you better have tools also.

The door in the northernmost portion of the map cannot be opened.

A howitzer shell can be dismantled for a healthy portion of gunpowder. Another use for them are taking them to New Adytem, and giving them to the  smith there, in return for a few experience points. The dismantling process is much more profitable.

You find 10 of these in one of the original SEs, but my thief did find one on an NPC once.
