More XP for quests.

I get more for avoiding encounters than I do for delivering jerky or getting Monte Carlo booze. Giving out 100xp increments gets old pretty fast.

avv:
Do the killing quests for dr wong or that dog hating guy in adytum. They are worth 700xp.
