permenenat ch enhancement?

is there a permenent ch enhancement? plastic suregery is at least as old as the ancient eygptians, so i can't figgure out why it seems not to exist in fonline.

Yes, theres a perk you can get. Its called Gain Charisma.

Gain Strenght is kind of usefull for Miner/Crafter hybrid. I bet others can find some use too.

First, I want permenant, a second shades are only temporary. I will be using them, but even combined I'd only have Ch6. It would be good, but a 3 fixed is passable- VC won't even talk to me. :/
