Free Trapper Base and faction next to San Fran

what do you whant for it?

I want nothing for it, other than the piece of mind that someone will use it.  It is a trapper camp because those are the cheapest bases to create.  Also, it has a crafting bench and good location for what you want.  What more could you ask for?
