Erm... Well this blew up... And the gms/devs seem to be getting a bit too defensive about it...
To the GM, yes, we can see that you are always online, which makes it even more frustrating when we actually need help, because it looks like you are there, just not actually responding. There are often jokes along the lines of 'just wait for a GM to log on, should be around the end of ti... I mean soon". Now, I know you guys do a good job, I've been helped out many times over the past few years when I've encountered a bug, but recently there seems to be a real drop in GM's actually being online and taking help requests. I mean my character is STILL stuck, and has been for 3 days, even though every time I log on (which is fairly often I might add) I send a help request. So I was suggesting spreading out the load a bit.
To the Dev, yes, that is another solution, but if that's where your head goes as soon as someone asks for support, then this game is in trouble. Of course I can hardly blame you, how often you guys put up with abuse for all your hard work. Still, moar gms
