Armorer Level 3 for CA Armor & Helmet Crafting

Requirements: 150% + Previous Two Armorer Levels

The Reasoning: HQ fibers are challenging enough to get without the added hurdle of BP finding. Pro farmers can already repair suits to high durability, so why should should crafters get hit with a more difficult "double requirement?"

I say make standard CA easier to craft and convert existing CA blueprints into BPs for CA MK II.

interesting idea, but implementing 3rd level for just 1 profesion, its hmm..

why not just make ca a level 2 free recipe? Why make a 3rd prof?
