Pretty sure it was changed because 1 junk per hex, cluttered over a bigger area, looks better than just one junk graphic somewhere on the map.

I think we were working on it while being at the job. Scypior wrote the script but couldn't test it ingame, so I was testing it ingame as long as nobody was in my office. Fun times.

Just lower base junk req by 9/10ths and you'll be fine
