Shotgun ammo type: Bean bag

This idea is based from Roachers initial idea of 'Bean bag ammo'

Bean Bag Rounds:
KnockBack 100% at any range within the shotguns range limit.
Limb crit chance increased by 10% (Head, arms and legs)
Opponent DR to normal damage increased to 95%
Single shot only
AP (dependant on the single shot of the shotgun (can be affected by BroF and FastShot))

Real life use: Bean bag rounds are used when a person is a threat, the round is intended to disable the person without killing them.
Ingame use: Support and (or) crippler.

Ingame description:
Bean Bag rounds are used to disable your enemy pushing them away, if it hits a limb the round will try to take the limb with it.

(Stonewall perk decreases the chance to be knocked-down once they are knocked back to 50% or 25% but they will still be knocked back x hexes)

Doesn't sound very fun. With brof and fast shot pancor would take 2 aps to fire and reload is only 3 ap. That's quite enough to keep someone permanently knocked down with high ap build.

Knockdown only works in good way when it has high ap cost like rocket launcher.

AP = 5 despite Fast shot only and that should sort out your problem coupled with the fact that it knocks back so you have to run after them and they can't stand up, also if you do get be of with it it will be 4 so and the most shots you can get would be 3 and doing 0 damage would balance this, does that sound better?
