What is the meaning of the name?

A saying in the USA is "adding insult to injury" which means, that something is already bad, and someone does something else that just makes it even worse. For example, I kick my friend in the arm and break the arm. I then punch him in that same arm and say "You deserved it." That is adding insult to injury.

Will it apply to the knockdown that was caused by shotgun,sledgehammer,frag nade,Heavy handed ? Or just only critical knockdown

the phrase would be accurate with just the kick, the punch wasn't needed in the example; you are sadistic.

Targeting eyes has the biggest chance of critical but it are on 2 ap and the lowest AP for any weapon that can aim is 4 so 6 ap means 2 max knockdown in a row whsees you can knockdown 3 Times with a drag nade. Not OP
