So encounter vs rad toads mean ( bad day with target )

Is this issue known and clossed subject forums, I searched for one.

Found a forum on rain instead and related to lag with rad toads.
Rain sounds awsome. That would be a cool feture.

I got radtoads encounter a bunch of times and i never experienced any lag, maybe if you people would buy better PC's there wouldn't be any topics like this.

He says that rain(as in water falling from the sky) was in the game,but it got removed because it was causing lags.
He wants it implemented again.
