Add keys to tanker quest...
Marko:
Everyone loves this quest. It's great! Lead any new player there and they are so happy. Get a repair guy. Bring a tumbler and get ready. It doesn't take very long, has a few surprises, some nasties in the basement, a nice stash of caps, and then...*DUHN*DUHN*DUHN...the last room room. ARGH!
Having a 2 minute cooldown between opening each container adds an inordinate delay to finish this quest and move on. Great quest with a boring, tedious end. No purpose for this delay except to waste time waiting.
So here is a suggestion to lessen this irritation: a few of the locked containers are empty. Can you randomize which containers have which items, and add container keys to one of the empty containers? Make that one container very hard to open, but once you find it, you can speed through the rest with the keys.
This would not totally eliminate the delay at the end of this quest. It would simply make the outcome possibly less tedious and certainly less predictable. Maybe one container is even trapped. If you find the one with keys last, you didn't gain anything, but you had a shot at it. Anyway, a little love to the end of this quest would eliminate about 30 boring minutes at the end.
