Is all this suggestion can possibly hope to be accomplishing.  It'd be nothing short of only making encounters harder, just fucking annoying half or so on of the time.

it'd be nice to see enclave with a yk32 pulse pistol....

or to just randomly find a caravan armed to the teeth with avengers and a bozar n shit, PLUS the perks to make it harder and such, worth it.
