Random perks for NPC's

let npc's on encounters have random perks. would be really more interesting facing unity patrol with mutants on toughness, or brd's, or even fast shoters. every encounter would be surprise and wouldnt be so easy/boring.

Agree! And random lvl, HP too, for a supprise

yes and random weapons and stats and amount of caps

Nice Idea, farming should be much more difficult!
