Where did eletronic parts go in the game? And how do I get them?

i think they are same like junk and etc.
in encounters.

Solar:
They are on a few fixed maps now. Glow, Mariposa, Sierra, Waterworks, v15 and Themepark ... (I think).

Look for broken computers.
