small groups and newcomsers cant exist on 2238. biggest factions are just way to strong and with current game mechanic there is no way to heal such situation.

Small group can be SOT or COA/BBS, some time you don't have the number but you want some action, so you can go in Reno or make a basement defence in a PVP town...
Bombing can be a respond, but if you always do it, the small group will say we are not enough, lets move on SC2.

You kidding? this video is from 3rd session... me and msh were bombing NCR using BBS AKBAR (and a painting of elvis as a bait, laying beneath planted c4's, was funny indeed) as early as in 2nd session.. and bombers are as old as this game, one of 1st-session-old rules was: "if you see a bluesuit, shoot him because he's likely to bomb ya". I remember reading it on NMA ;p
if your team got bombed in pvp and lost more than 1 man then it's your own fault most of the times
if anyone is thinking that it's an easy and cheap tactic then maybe he should try doing this sometimes himself ..

crafting and making bombs is time and dynamite can b expensive
