So in the Ghoul town I was in the power plant and I wanted the storage request thing so i could get parts from storage. So I went to both Howard and Finsthum(or whatever his name is) but the option never came up for me to get the Storage request form to get parts from the storage room in the power plant. Is there a reason for this? Do i need to do something to get it first?
