Van Buren Buggy

Horatio:
Another piece from my salvage garage - a buggy from Midwest, unburied from a halfway built, abandoned Vault garage.
Equipped with new BadYear tires, somewhat repaired engine (still with knocking noises), brahmin hide inventory bag, vanilla paint and mint condition.

As in IRL, a non-animated version and a animated, but crappy one as a replacement for Tactics Buggy. Installation as usual, data/art/items.
