I suggest to add a new perk called "Torture". This perk would add 5%, or maybe 10% critical chance to aimed attacks at the arms or legs only. That is my suggestion.

Sounds like a purely crippler build but it does sounds alright. Of course it would have to be after the wipe or else all the cripplers are gonna be like "Oh ma gud my level 24 crippler is worthless need to make anutha alt!" and a high requirement should balance it out.

Agreed. Possibly a 8 or more luck and a level 18 requirement?

Cripplers are annoying and pesky enough as it is.


So they are doing exactly what they are supposed to do, that perk is not necessary.

IMO, cripplers don't need a boost. They drop weapons and cripple just enough now.

Yes I know about finesse, but that gives enemies +30 Damage resistance to your attacks. This perk could make critical hitters that didn't want to take finesse, still have decent crippling skills.
Make it only takeable if finesse isn't present on the character.

Works like what? If your referring to making it un-takeable if finesse is present, then yes it is possible to do.
