Is it currently possible to DIY Base?

I'm trying to talk to VC contracter and he is telling me im alone,
I thought that it said you can be solo and construct base, so long as you are not in faction however friend and I can not seem to get this contracter to sine us up with a foremen. :/

You must have 2 people tagging you as you get it, and make sure they're close.
Also none of you can be in any faction as a member.

Sometimes you have to try at other towns or use Mentats, VC never worked for me either.

okay ill try another town. Is it possible to buy the construction worker with the caps and bring him the iteam mass later?

Does it require two people or is it possible some times with one mabey?

You only need caps to hire construction worker. Materials you bring to construction site (you it set up via dialog with construction worker in place you chose). You can buy base (hire construction worker) alone, all you need to do is to use fast relog to bring 2 more alts to place where you buy bases (VC worked fine for me). They have to tag character with caps that will do the talk with npc and can be offline during process (but they can't disappear so you got 3 min after first log off). After that you can travel alone with construction worker and leave those 2 alts behind.

Well that worked, however, bring the stuff back, and started to lag, so i exit relog and now i can not see the base - _ -

Okay, well it works.

Exipt 2 people. Seem not to work, seem to need 3 people.

So the problem was something with the command controls on PC councel in tent, ( trapper tent ) to be specific,
also the traper tent has not official name it has other discription but is in order I beleave.

When you first get a DIY base construction site, you set access to it so people can see it. That access gets reset, however, when the base is completed, so you have to set it again. I hope that helps.
