Not sure if kamikaze is a good trait, maybe I should swap it out for chem resilient so I wont get addicted to drugs?

( oh and for perks get weapon handling)
I am thinking divide the two points between int, and perc bringing it to

PER  7
END  10
CHA  1
INT   6 
AGI  10
LUC  3
Small frame
Chem resil
Toughness 1-2
Weapon handling
Bonus ranged dmg


ok any problems here? should i not spread out my last 2 points? maybe just stack em on PER?

are you gona use this alt for PVP actions only? are you gona use drugs? What weapon are you gona use ? Do you prefer tanky build or ratata build?

DRugs if i can get em, no drugs if i dont have em. ( which is the reason for chem resilient)
Probably mini guns, and rockets. ( mostly mini gun cuz I dont want to friendly fire or kill myself)
I prefer ratata with a little bit of survivability but id rather kill quicker.
