healing rates are wrong

my healing rate was 13 now its 10 (FireZombie)

initially my healing rate was 13 (fast metabolism) then I did cnets and floats, got radiated.  Went to ncr doc and cured myself.  Now my healing rate is 10.
Obviously a bug of doctor curing radiation where the code doesn't calculate proper healing rate and overwrites the memory with a faulty calculation that doesn't take into account the "faster metabolism" trait..... (your welcome, mayck.....)

Yeah well instead of making a post about it, you should just make a ticket for the bug tracker about it.
