Can't the defenders just use their own alts? Seems a lot more practical since their only objective is to defend SF.

Defenders will have standard outfitters, but maybe there will be some armory with more advanced weapons.

Defenders WILL use their own alts. Only the pirate crew will be on chars premade for the event.

I agree, but there must someone willing to play him through whole event (or at least until the capture).

Mutants and ghouls can't wear armor so gatling is probably going to own at that event
