New Special Encounter

Gimper:
Make the personal mine into a special encounter. Maybe say something like this,
"You stumble upon an old abandoned mine. By the looks of it, there is still quite a bit of valuable resources inside. Better mark this on the map!"

Opinions?

uh.. that's nice. Don't see what that has to do with my post.... So anyways back to opinions..
I think this is a misunderstanding. I know there are already private mines, but I only meant make them available via special encounter.
