id like, very simple just tons and tons of ghouls.... Maybe take Modoc and fill with rabid ghouls or gecko for a day. No point, just for shits and giggles. I know in Fallout I terminated every ghoul I found.

its been done many times. some GMs do ghoul attacks when events do not go as planned to give players some fun.
