He is not meant for massive damage output or criticals but he can take down Unity Patrols, Hub Patrols and Vault City single handedly at higher levels. He can have 1 companion for protection and has enough Outdoorsman to avoid almost everything, he has high first aid to heal himself or others after battle. He is a turn based build and not for PvP. He can have 1 level of small guns and armorer profession.
