get rid of anti-pk npcs
Fat Man:
Get rid of this stupid feature why the fuck do we need NPCs to interfere with player battles. I was at den and died becuase I I was killing a fucking well known PKer that camps around there then I die to the fucking church guards because of a quick reaction of some guy who was there to PK my character.
OHHH the poor blue suits, who gives a shit. Just get rid of this fucking feature 2 full geared characters who need to kill a threat doesn't need the fucking NPCs to attack them.

My suggestion would be automatic disappearing of npcs in town when the tc timer starts. When the timer stops npcs return to normal.

What about new reno?

Well, New Reno is a specific case. Maybe delay spawning of npcs for 30 minutes after killed.

it is simple :
if u have armor and weapon on lvl 2 or higher npcs are running away.
