Make 1-8 work on wm to use skills

The hotkeys for skills don't work on wm you have to click your name and drag down the list which is awkward, you can reload and use items on wm why can't you quickly use skills?

my 1-9 are used to enter difrent parts/floors of location... like glow floor 5, mariposa lvl 4 or siera ... You prefer to loose this options :P
