Did manage to find a possible solution for the spawnkilling, this time you spawn in a contained area with respawn flag, outfitter(s) and the NPC which teleports you somewhere on the map. (Red team was on the left side, blue team was on the right side, like the buildings were, red was left, blue was right).

so this is what for the event-robot was in ncr? i hope to see event in saturday.. but let is last longer than previous..

Wire:
Event was a disaster and was barely given a thought on how whole thing suppsoed to work before it started. Should've bothered to look over tech stuff instead of just letting other GM start event and leaving things go on their own.

--- Quote ---Half of these events suck because GMs do not enforce rules of not spawn killing.

This is exacly what I am saying, bad planning. This should be prevented before it happens, not being manually enforced each time it happens.
But I am not here to look for the scapegoat. I am here to give some info.

--- Quote ---Event would have been more fun if I didn't replicate to the upper right corner of the warehouse being trapped there.

This is the problem of assigning teams. Each time you leave game for 3 minutes (and your char dissapears from game) team flag sets to default. That is why we have netural spawn and GM have to spend time and his attention on this (some forgot about this)
We do not have tools (yet) to auto assign players to teams, so if you spawn in such netural spawn (grey/brown looking flag) then +requesthelp stating that you need team to be assigned to.

not possible. would require changes in game code imo.

Very possible? Just spawn pile of heavy flag looking items and let players haul them at their bases (easy way) or monitor each flag and respawn it each time when either flag was captured or returned (deleting old one) (needs more attention from GM).
