Yea and if you think this got to make any sense, how do you explain a man of normal growth in a plain blue suit running in the middle of the street epilepsy-like while being completely invisible in broad daylight ? And no, the 72 penalty is good enough, you're like visible from 10 hexes+ if not even more by any proper TC build. That and AVVs list . If anything, buff bg lsw sneakers again.
