Unless im mistaken, NPCs can loot without any AP. THIS IS VERY EVIL AND UNFAIR.

I was happily killing some poor NPCs, then this other NPC walks a distance then takes my loot. MY LOOT!
Does that mean this is a rage-suggestion?

I suggest nerf the whole game by making them have atleast 3 action points to do so.
If this is already the case, forgive my poor observation skillz.

NPC will loot you a second or two later. What difference does it make?

Stop trolling the suggestion board.

In Turn-Based it may grant you another turn to be able to loot the corpse (or if TB ends and you reach it first), but probably wouldn't do much in RT unless the NPCs were fighting.
And yes, there are players that DO use Turn-Based.

i noticed that NPC groups like VC patrol loot also corpses they did not shot and if you try loot before them, they ll atack you.
