Blueprint locker in every urban encounter

My idea is to add the blueprint lockers to all urban encounters just to make BP hunting a little faster.

The whole point of BPs is that you can not get them fast.
This will make BPs a common thing,everyone will have them.

And what about the lockers you can't open, also, everyone wants blueprints.

The unpickable lockers were I believe a glitch addressed in a recent update.  However the fact that everyone will have them already is a silly notion.  I have searched rather extensively for a few weeks and have gotten 2 BP's, both regular StimPack bps.  That's a hundred+ lockers, since the in game random dice do not have a memory there is no certainty that people will get anything.  Besides the whole crafting system is still restricted by the fact that even having the bp doesn't mean you can make anything, because you still need the materials and a place to create them, now though that there is very few players it might be ok to go to places like Sierra or Meriposa, but the game shouldn't be designed for low population.  I think the whole system needs a rework, but really having more lockers won't hurt the already broken system.

BPs are first, valuable rare items in FOnline, why do you want to remove it ? If you cant get some BPs, thers always space for trade.

@Trokanis - If you found only 2 BPs during few weeks, then you must be doing it wrong.

But I agree its either all or nothing. So perhaps, in some of the lockers, there could be a valuable token (more common than BPs) of some sort, that certain NPC's could be interested in and might be willing to change them for BPs (1 BP for X tokens ratio)

No, me i won t blueprints.
All things i want, is in barting.

If i buy some times blueprints, it's just for try ... but everyone can have everything with a good barter (in forum and in game). So, i don't understand why there are so many people who want all blueprints... Specialise you in a domain and bart. You will win time, money and fun.

I am all for any suggestion to make this stupid feature faster, I once went blue print farming for about 4 hours and found maybe 2 blue prints in this amount of time. I cannot stand this feature I am all for making the blue print hunting faster when it comes to finding them in encounters.

Ares is probably the fastest way if you go in a group of 5+ more but it is not solo friendly.

BP hunting should be faster cause it is more time to waste doing boring stuff one of the reasons so many don't play this seassion

Not only is BP hunting plainly bothersome, boring and stupid, It's like an extra upgraded leveling feature in spirit. Boring, time-intensive grinding. And how is that supposed to make player interaction more interesting if it kills that tiny lil amount of fun in crafting and made a fair amount of people ragequit after wipe.

I'd further add a chance to obtain a exceedingly rare item in lockers, like cookies, gauss ammo, pulse pistol, bozars w/e, just to make it more exciting and less frustrating for the case you open another locker with no BP but fucking junk and some 10mm bullets. 
Like this my BP hunter isn't rendered completely useless after I found all necessary BP's
