he uses same drugs: jet,nuca,cigs
I just replaced chem reliant with bruiser.
Most parameters are same as your build(while drugged) but i have sacrificed double drug duration to earn +30% chance to hit what is i think more important for laser sniper ..

EDIT: maybe its just 22% chance to hit improvement since FCP doesnt count sharpshooter bonus :P

yeah i agree, you improved my build ;). they're both very similiar. on mine drugs lasts twice longer tho. i didnt think about putting bruiser to a sniper. your build is good too greenthumb
