Make all meds fit to lockers.

There are psycho,buffout,nuca,cigs,radaway,rad-x which infinite amount can be put into lockers (same as ammo) but jet,beer and superstims are very limited in this and people are forced to store those on ground in piles. so i suggest to make it same for those what is reasonable. Also empty hypodermic and lighters should might fit into lockers same way.

+1, would make the base/tent containers a little bit more useful, and i dislike how i can fit a billion rockets into a box, but my plant spike collection cannot.
