Hi all need a little help with my sniper Build, i dont wanna play a crippler who does no damage

Special unbufft    5 9 6 1 3 7 10


Special bufft       3 10 6 1 3 8 10     with drugs  (jet,cig,nuka)  and weapon handling so its 5 str enough for sniper rifle without penality.

My Question is should i maybe take Finesse or is the Damage to low with it , does it ignore the -30% by a critical bypass?
Whats with Rbte is it worth it for Head,- Eye Shots or just a waste of a perk.

I took 2x Lifegiver because i want to play only PvP so i can maybe survive one burst but also sugesstions here. Is it worth it to have ~190 life as a sniper or should i rather get something else like rbte, action boy.

You might want to consider an action boy instead of sharpshooter; I'd rather have faster AP charge than 4 more hexes of vision in the B zone any day.

That I am But yeah, wouldn't somebody have to have a PE of 6 or lower and be approaching you in the B field for it to convey an advantage?
